Sales Co-ordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, proficiency in MS Word & Excel, and a basic understanding of sales documentation and enquiry handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare offer letters and sales quotations as per client requirements.
• Maintain and update the master database for the Sales & Marketing team.
• Coordinate with the Design team to update and track client enquiries.
• Monitor and check daily enquiries received through the India-MART portal.
• Maintain and prepare master data of India-MART enquiries.
• Organize and compile India-MART enquiry reports for review and follow-up.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure smooth communication flow.
• Assist in follow-ups with internal departments for timely updates.

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in handling India-MART or similar B2B platforms (preferred).
• Ability to manage and maintain large sets of data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
