Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, proficiency in MS Word & Excel, and a basic understanding of sales documentation and enquiry handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare offer letters and sales quotations as per client requirements.
Maintain and update the master database for the Sales & Marketing team.
Coordinate with the Design team to update and track client enquiries.
Monitor and check daily enquiries received through the India-MART portal.
Maintain and prepare master data of India-MART enquiries.
Organize and compile India-MART enquiry reports for review and follow-up.
Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure smooth communication flow.
Assist in follow-ups with internal departments for timely updates.

Requirements:

Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in handling India-MART or similar B2B platforms (preferred).
Ability to manage and maintain large sets of data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
