Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth order processing. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, coordination ability, and a strong understanding of sales support in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between the sales team, production, and dispatch departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Prepare and maintain sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow up on pending orders, and update customers on order status.
• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases.
• Assist the sales team in pricing, documentation, and tender submissions.
• Follow up with clients for payments, delivery schedules, and feedback.
• Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.
• Coordinate with logistics and stores for dispatch planning.
• Support marketing activities like trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Marketing or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent coordination, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
