Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator (Telesales) who is enthusiastic, persuasive, and result-driven. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective and existing customers over calls, understand their requirements, and offer suitable product solutions. This role suits individuals who are target-oriented, passionate about sales, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
• Understand customer needs, provide appropriate product information, and handle objections confidently.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
• Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to optimize results and resolve client issues effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (B.Com preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in telesales, inside sales, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
