Job Description

Job Title: Process Coordinator (Internal Sales Coordinator) Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad (Preferred: Candidates within 7–8 km radius) Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only Experience: 1 to 2 years (Freshers with good skills can also be considered) Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Com, BA, BBA, etc.) Role Overview: This is a desk-based, back-office role focused on follow-ups, coordination, and data entry to support the internal sales and operations team. Key Responsibilities: • Daily follow-up with internal teams and clients on pending updates • Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets and Excel • Coordinate with dispatch, billing, and stock teams as per instructions • Share timely reminders and updates on calls or WhatsApp • Assist in preparing daily reports and status updates • Keep all communication polite, clear, and professional Key Skills & Qualities: • Strong follow-up and coordination skills • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi, English, and Gujarati • Sincere, punctual, and responsible work attitude • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail • Quick learner and team player Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Sunday Off) Salary: As per candidate profile and experience NOTE: After applying for the job, interested candidates are required to fill out the job application link.
