Desmat is a leading manufacturer of Computer & Office Stationery, committed to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities and client communications.
• Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and queries.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.
• Prepare sales reports and MIS for management review.
• Follow up on pending orders and payments with clients.
• Support in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and client meetings.
• Liaise between sales, operations, and finance teams for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; specialization in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support (stationery/office supplies experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,693.14 - ₹30,707.88 per month
