Sales Co-ordinator ( Female )

Job description:

• Coordinate with customers and the sales team to manage inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
• Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and other sales-related documents accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales trackers, and reports in coordination with the sales department.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending quotations, payments, and order status.
• Coordinate with the Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and other documentation required by the management.
• Handle routine correspondence and support sales executives during client visits, exhibitions, or demos.
• Support the marketing team with lead generation and initial client communication if required.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination (preferably in machinery).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
