Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Coordinator – Back Office to support our sales team through lead management, customer coordination, and CRM updates. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer engagement and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads from various online lead sourcing platforms and business directories.
• Conduct initial screening and qualification calls with prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM software.
• Allocate qualified leads to the respective field sales officers based on zone/territory.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through customer retention and relationship management activities.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and management teams to ensure smooth order follow-up.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review. (optional addition if you want)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any degree (Preferred: Business / Marketing / Administration).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination / tele-sales / customer support (freshers can also apply if skilled).
• Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil & English.
• Basic computer knowledge & hands-on experience in MS Office / CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under timelines.
