Sales & Client Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers at the showroom and provide detailed product presentations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and corporate clients
• Understand customer requirements and offer tailored furniture solutions
• Manage sales inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and order processing
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery and execution
• Maintain and update client records, feedback, and sales data
• Assist in organizing client meetings, showroom walkthroughs, and site visits when required
• Represent the brand professionally in exhibitions, fairs, and networking events

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Marketing, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in furniture, interior, or luxury product sales (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong client-handling ability and solution-oriented approach
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
• Self-motivated, presentable, and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of design/furniture terminology will be an advantage
