About the Role:

We are hiring a confident and driven Client Relations & Outbound Sales Executive to manage guest experience and actively drive business at Shamrock Unisex Salon & Aesthetics. Ideal for someone with salon industry experience, this role combines guest handling with proactive sales outreach and service promotion.

• Greet clients and manage front desk operations professionally
• Upsell salon services, memberships, and product packages
• Initiate outbound sales efforts follow up with previous clients, cold call leads, and reach out through WhatsApp or phone to bring in bookings
• Handle appointments, walk-in inquiries, and follow-up communications
• Maintain organized records of appointments, preferences, and client feedback
• Coordinate closely with the salon team to ensure high-quality guest experience
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and client acquisition targets
  

• Bachelor&aposs degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field
• 13 years of experience in salon guest relations, sales, or front desk roles
• Strong sales mindset with proven experience in outbound calling or lead follow-up
• Excellent verbal communication and client interaction skills
• Basic computer skills for scheduling, tracking, and communication
