About the role:
We are seeking an experienced & qualified candidate to join our Global Markets Team.You will be responsible for originating & building global and local affiliates by fostering a commercial relationships with affiliates such as Accountancy firms, corporate service providers, law firms, bankers, Private & Venture funds & other corporates or financial institutions that can refer clients to the company.It is important that you are a strategic thinker with strong business acumen. You should have a strong existing network of HNIs that can kick start company business immediately. This role requires you to have regular C-Level interaction to build new opportunities to present the company’s products.
- Identify and qualify potential clients, partners and affiliates through outbound efforts such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Drive end to end sales cycles including lead generation, lead qualification, sales presentations, and technology demonstrations.
- Schedule meetings with prospects and clients to discuss product features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Work closely with the payments and Client Services teams to ensure all client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business (Building a 'territory ‘) and acquire new affiliates / clients.
- Be proactive and creative in reaching out to decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect and client interactions in the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Meet and exceed net new sales targets including prospecting, qualifying & securing opportunities on a quarterly basis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.
- Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment; ready to take on stretch goals.
- Flexible and creative, able to not only adapt but also thrive in a constantly changing environment with the ability to multitask and adjust to evolving responsibilities.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 2+ years of end-to-end sales experience
- 2+ year of experience selling to UK & Global clientele.
- 2+ years of experience in outbound presales, with the ability to generate leads independently.
- Minimum of 3 or more years of work experience in banking or financial services
- Nice to have HubSpot experience, but we'll train you.
