Role : Sales Capability Lead

Location : Gurgaon

Job Purpose

To partner with the Sales Excellence Lead and Perfect Store Lead in building a future-ready salesforce by strengthening regional and cross-functional capabilities, embedding best practices, and fostering an energized, high-performance culture. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of sales performance and people development. As a Sales Capability Leader, you will shape the way our teams engage with customers, build long-term competitive advantage, and unlock our Big India 2030 Strategy.

Job Responsibilities

1. Capability Building

  • Partner with the Sales Excellence Lead and Perfect Store Lead to design and deliver programs that strengthen regional and cross-functional teams.

  • Address identified skill gaps, improvements, and reskilling needs based on Reach and Convert priorities in traditional trade and across other channels.

  • Embed sales fundamentals and RTM excellence to future-proof the organization.

2. Engagement & Motivation

  • Drive energizer initiatives, induction & onboarding programs, and Thriving Lives interventions.

  • Build a motivated, resilient, and future-ready salesforce.

3.Performance Enablement

  • Design and execute incentive and recognition programs that inspire accountability and reward excellence.

  • Translate performance directly into sustainable sales growth.

  • Lead all priorities from a change management perspective, ensuring smooth adoption of capability interventions.

Knowledge/Experience

  • MBA from premier B school with 5-6 years experience in front line sales

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.

  • Strategic thinking with strong execution focus.

  • Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of frontline sales challenges.

  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

  • Passion for developing people and enabling performance.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure learning effectiveness and impact on business results.
