Sales & Business Head

As a Sales & Business Head for a newly established construction chemical factory at Madhyamgram Badu Road, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive business growth in the region. Your responsibilities will include: - **P&L Management:** - You will own the full profit and loss of the factory, overseeing revenue, costs, and profitability. - **Strategic Sales Leadership:** - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business growth, revenue, and market share targets. - **Team Management:** - Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. Provide guidance, set clear targets, and conduct performance reviews to ensure team success. - **Market & Business Development:** - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as contractors, architects, dealers, and distributors. - **Operational Oversight:** - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations, from production and logistics to finance and customer service. Qualifications required for this role: - **Industry Expertise:** - A minimum of 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the construction chemical industry. - **Domain Knowledge:** - Strong working knowledge of construction chemical products like admixtures, waterproofing, sealants, grouts, and industrial flooring. - **Leadership Skills:** - Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and driving business growth. - **Strategic Mindset:** - Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and financial data to make informed business decisions. - **Preferred Companies:** - Candidates with prior experience at companies like Pidilite, Fosroc, Sika, Mapei, Ardex, or Saint-Gobain will be given preference.
