Sales Business Development

You will be working as a Business Development Associate (BDA) at PS Real Estate India, a leading real estate company based in Thane. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the end-to-end sales process of vacant properties to potential tenant leads. This includes conducting site visits for interested clients, managing negotiations with property owners and tenants, and ensuring successful deal closures. Additionally, you will be expected to generate leads through offline real estate networks, pitch Azuro Property management solutions to property owners, and assist in property marketing activities to drive lead generation. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in both Hindi and English (knowledge of the local language is an advantage), have proficiency in MS Office, and exhibit strong customer relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills. Energy, aggression, enthusiasm, and confidence are key attributes that will contribute to your success in this position. Ideal candidates for this role are graduates from any discipline with at least 1 year of sales experience in any industry. However, freshers are also welcome to apply. The compensation package for this position includes a fixed salary ranging from 3 to 3.5 lakhs per annum, along with uncapped incentives based on sales performance. Additionally, there are goal-based auto-appraisals and promotions every 3 months, with a 10% salary hike for each goal crossed.
