? Building go-to-market strategies

? Working with R&D to commercialize new products

? Attending trade shows, expos, and client presentations

? Competitor benchmarking and pricing strategy

4. Communication & Interpersonal Skills

? Excellent verbal and written communication

? Strong presentation and persuasion skills

5. Analytical & Organizational Skills

? Data-driven decision-making

? Sales forecasting & budgeting

? Documentation handling for QA/QC and technical dossiers

7. Educational Background

? Bachelor or Masters degree in:

o Pharmacy

o Chemistry

? Understanding of formulations, chemistry, formulation science, and pharmacognosy

is advantageous.

8. Candidate Requirements.

Industry Experience (35 Years)

Prior roles in B2B sales or business development.

Experience in below mentioned area will be considered an upper hand:

o Anti-Oxidants

o Essential oils

o Specialty chemicals

o Cosmetic ingredients

o Food-grade additives or flavour compounds

? Full-time and on-site job.

? Salary: 40,000 50,000Rs + Incentives.

? Location: Head Office, Nigdi, Pune, Maharashtra.
