Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to expand our customer base, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, market development, and strategic partnerships within the renewable energy or allied industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that support sales initiatives.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in renewable energy, fuel, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Knowledge of renewable energy/fuel industry trends will be an added advantage.
