Job Description

We are seeking a skilled sales professional with 0 to 5 years of experience to join our team. As a BDE/BDM, your primary responsibility will be to secure new projects and clients for our company through effective Lead Generation strategies and client communication. You will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our business by identifying opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and negotiating contracts.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential projects and clients on various freelancing platforms.
  • Research and understand client requirements, project scope, and objectives.
  • Prepare and submit detailed project proposals, tailored to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Utilize effective bidding strategies to increase the chances of winning projects.
  • Communicate with clients through different resources like emails, and other channels to establish strong relationships.
  • Negotiate project terms, including pricing, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as project managers and developers, to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
  • Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns and maintain excellent client satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market competition, and best practices for bidding.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA in Marketing, or BTech preferred).
  • 1 to 5 years of proven experience in lead generation, preferably in IT services or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of freelancing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and negotiate effectively.
  • Proven track record of successfully winning projects and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  •  Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using project management tools and collaboration software.
  • A self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.
