Our client, a dynamic 360° marketing agency offering end-to-end marketing solutions across industries, is looking to expand their team.
They are seeking Sales & Marketing / Business Development Associates who can drive growth and build strong client relationships.
📈 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:
1. Growing business through new leads and contacts
2. Following up with leads to schedule meetings and understand their needs
3. Helping build pitches by providing input based on client discussions
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM
5. Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
6. Identifying new revenue opportunities and building business relationships
7. Developing and executing sales & marketing strategies to drive growth
8. Maintaining sales, marketing, and business development documentation
9. Supporting the team across other responsibilities as needed
10. Generating leads through cold calling, email, platforms, expos, and social media
11. Qualifying leads through research and assessing fit with our services
🎯 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
• Interested in building a career in digital marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Advertising, or similar (mandatory)
• 0–1 year experience in a digital marketing/branding/creative & advertising agency
• Agency background is a must—resumes from non-agency backgrounds won’t be accepted
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing
• Solution-oriented mindset and strong strategic thinking
• Quick thinker with a strong presence of mind
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Self-starter, able to work independently
• Ability to collaborate with agency principals and clients on strategy
• Comfortable contributing in business development presentations and meetings
