Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain local servers and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN). Administer and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems. Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar). Provide IT support for employee systems including hardware, software, and network issues. Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, antivirus, and system updates. Perform routine system backups and recovery procedures. Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
