Business Development Executive to join

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and engage potential clients for interior design and fit-out services.
• Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present tailored proposals.
• Collaborate with the design team to create effective sales presentations.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements :

• 35 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or related sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to convert leads into sales.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with client-facing roles.
• Candidates from

  EdTech sales background

  with strong persuasion and consultative selling skills are highly encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
