About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 3-5 years of experience preferably in the IT industry to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B Sales, Software Solutions Selling, and IT Services Sales. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, market research, and digital marketing strategies. * Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and propose customized IT solutions. * IT Sales & Solution Selling: Promote and sell SaaS solutions, CRM, ERP, IT consulting, and software development services to clients. * Market Research & Strategy: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies. * Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, quotes, and presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers. Partnership Development: Build strong partnerships and alliances with potential clients, technology providers, and vendors. * Revenue & KPI Management: Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring business growth and profitability. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system and provide regular reports on business progress. Key Requirements: * 3-5 years of experience in business development, IT sales, or software solutions sales. * Prior experience in selling SaaS, CRM, ERP, cloud-based solutions, or custom software development services is highly preferred. * Strong networking and client relationship management skills. * Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. * Ability to create effective sales strategies, generate leads, and close deals successfully. * Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and sales automation software. * A self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field. Preferred Skills: * Experience in international sales (US, UK, Middle East, or Asia-Pacific markets). * Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, Social Media Sales Strategies, and B2B lead generation. * Prior experience working in an IT services or SaaS-based company will be an advantage.
