Job Description

BlueNetvista is looking for Business Development & Sales candidates to join their team. As a dynamic professional in the business development area, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets through various channels such as Cold Calls, leads, and mailer campaigns. Additionally, you will support operations in ensuring smooth transitions for accounts and engage in operational client calls when necessary. Building strong relationships with clients is crucial, as each client is considered a key customer. You will be expected to communicate effectively and engage both clients and the account management team in discussions about product offerings. Responsibilities include managing accounts to meet or exceed revenue growth targets, maintaining quality standards, and processing bid management. Providing regular feedback to senior management on marketplace activities and competitor strategies is essential. Developing strong client relationships through regular meetings and identifying new business opportunities will be part of your role. Collaborating with the marketing team to create campaigns that support the sales strategy is also crucial. You will need to possess strong business development skills, sales acumen, and the ability to identify market trends for new product and service offerings. Key Skills required for this role include Business Development, BD management, Corporate Business Development, Sales Executive, Corporate Sales, and Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 5 years of experience in sales and business development. A salary range of 1,50,000 to 6,00,000 per annum is offered with negotiable incentives. This position is in the IT-Software / Software Services / Internet / Ecommerce industry, specifically in the functional area of Sales, Retail, and Business Development. The location for this role is Pitampura, New Delhi.
