Sales & Business Development- API

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute regional sales goals. You will manage the sales team to maximize revenue and meet/exceed corporate targets. Your role will involve developing regional strategy, conducting budget exercises, and driving business development for regional growth by adopting correct market entry strategies and aligning organizational resources. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring effective execution of assigned region plans - Implementing pricing and market strategies - Maintaining direct contact with decision-makers of major regional generic companies - Increasing market share of existing products and qualifying as a source for potential customers for both existing and new products - Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals - Reviewing and analyzing regional business to identify growth opportunities - Developing specific plans for short-term and long-term growth - Coordinating with SCM team for effective distribution management - Maintaining receivables within budgeted norms or as per KRA Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis - Ability to travel as needed - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field; Master's degree is a plus The company values innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction as its core principles, driving success through continuous improvement and collaboration.,
