Sales Business Development

As a Business Development Executive specializing in corporate interiors and real estate within the commercial segment, your role will involve identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing strategic relationships, driving business acquisition processes, aligning client requirements with offerings, preparing business proposals, and achieving annual business targets. You will also represent the company at industry forums, track market trends, and identify new opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and secure new business opportunities in corporate interiors and turnkey projects. - Develop and nurture strategic relationships with corporate clients, IPCs, real estate brokers, and developers. - Drive the end-to-end business acquisition process from lead identification to project closure. - Coordinate with design and project execution teams to align client requirements with offerings. - Prepare and review business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations. - Develop and achieve annual business targets for consistent revenue growth. - Represent the company at industry forums, events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility. - Regularly track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within corporate interiors or real estate (commercial segment). - Strong network and connects within the corporate and property consulting ecosystem. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - In-depth understanding of corporate real estate and office interior design trends. - Proven ability to achieve high-value business targets (30 Cr+ per annum). - Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of leading business independently.,
