Sales & Billing Coordinator

As a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Billing Executive, you will be supporting the pharmaceutical sales team to ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing. Your role will involve a strong understanding of sales operations, billing processes, and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Sales Coordination:** - Support the sales team with order processing, quotation preparation, and client follow-ups. - Coordinate with internal departments (supply chain, warehouse, regulatory) to ensure order fulfillment. - Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and pricing updates. - Monitor sales targets and assist in generating sales performance reports. - Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines. - **Billing & Invoicing:** - Prepare and issue invoices following company policies and customer contracts. - Ensure compliance with tax laws and pharmaceutical billing regulations (e.g., GST, VAT). - Coordinate with accounts receivable to reconcile billing discrepancies. - Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance checks. - **Compliance & Documentation:** - Ensure all billing and sales transactions comply with legal and company policies, including handling controlled substances if applicable. - Support in preparing sales and billing reports for internal and external audits. - Assist in implementing SOPs related to billing and sales processes. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree - 1-2 years of experience in sales support and/or billing coordination, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. - Strong understanding of billing software (MARG). - Proficiency in MS Excel.
