Role Overview: As a Sales Leader at a Leading MNC Insurance Broking Firm, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation by managing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and developing new clients. Qualifications Required: - 12-15 years of experience in the insurance industry. - Background in Corporate Relationship Management or Business Solution Provider services. - Ability to manage diverse client cultures, including Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Good networking and relationship management abilities. - Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills. - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. - Organized, self-disciplined, and proactive approach to work.,
