Sales Auditor

Role Overview:

The Sales Auditor will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating how sales representatives communicate and pitch the company, its products, and services to candidates or prospects. The role ensures that every sales interaction aligns with company values, factual accuracy, compliance guidelines, and quality standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining the organizations credibility, enhancing customer trust, and improving sales effectiveness through structured feedback and training recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and review recorded sales calls, in-person interactions, and digital communications to assess accuracy, tone, and compliance with approved scripts and company guidelines.
• Evaluate how sales representatives present the company, product features, pricing, and value proposition to ensure transparency and consistency.
• Identify instances of misrepresentation, overcommitment, or deviation from approved messaging.
• Maintain an audit tracker to record findings, ratings, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Trainers to share insights and recommend targeted coaching or retraining.
• Prepare periodic quality audit reports highlighting key trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all pitches comply with legal, ethical, and brand communication standards.
• Work closely with the Compliance and HR teams on escalations related to misconduct or misrepresentation.
• Continuously update evaluation criteria based on changes in product, process, or policy.
