Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Attendant located in Chennai. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers with their foreign exchange needs, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Sales Attendant will also support sales initiatives and collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and experience in handling customer inquiries
• Sales skills, including knowledge of sales processes and techniques
• Basic financial and numerical skills
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the foreign exchange industry or financial services is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or sales are beneficial
