Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vapi for a Sales Attendant. The Sales Attendant will engage with customers to provide product recommendations, assist in fulfilling orders, manage inventory, and maintain a presentable and organized sales environment. Additional responsibilities include understanding clients’ needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate sales and inventory records. Qualifications Sales and customer interaction skills, including active listening, relationship building, and effective communication. Understanding of roofing and construction materials or willingness to learn about products such as UPVC and fiberglass roofing materials. Organizational and time management skills for inventory tracking and ensuring a well-maintained sales environment. Basic computer skills for sales records, email communication, and inventory management systems. Ability to work independently, adapt to client requirements, and contribute to team goals. Prior experience in sales, retail, or a related field is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
