Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Moradabad for a Sales Attendant. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, processing sales transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Additional responsibilities may include organizing shelves, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the sales area. The individual will work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills, including the ability to provide assistance and respond to inquiries effectively
• Sales and basic marketing skills to promote products and meet set sales targets
• Inventory management and basic knowledge of inventory systems
• Organizational skills for maintaining a clean and orderly sales area
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in an on-site environment
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
• Prior experience in retail or sales is a plus, though not mandatory
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
