Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Attendant based in Bhadohi. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for welcoming customers, assisting them with selecting products, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional day-to-day tasks include maintaining store cleanliness, inventory management, processing transactions, and meeting sales targets. The role may also involve handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Sales, product knowledge, and upselling skills
• Basic inventory management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in POS systems and processing transactions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred
• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is a plus
