As a Sales Manager focusing on developing and managing client relationships to drive the adoption of solar energy solutions, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and business growth. Your strategic sales approach, deep understanding of the solar market, and strong relationship-building skills will be essential for success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies targeting clients to achieve sales targets and business growth. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. - Develop pricing strategies and proposals tailored to the needs of clients. - Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in target corporations. - Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Generate leads through various channels and qualify them for potential conversion into sales. - Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. - Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details. - Provide ongoing support to corporate clients throughout the project lifecycle. - Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, MBA, or BBA. - Proven experience in Sales, preferably in the solar industry or a related field. - Strong knowledge of solar power systems and the renewable energy market. This role will require you to be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in both sales strategy development and client relationship management. Your ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, along with your dedication to customer satisfaction, will be key to driving the success of solar energy solutions in the market.
