The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing product information, and offering suitable recommendations. Daily tasks include assisting with sales transactions, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, managing inventory, and supporting promotional activities. The Sales Associate will also handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Sales experience and ability to understand customer needs Knowledge of jewelry and luxury goods Experience in the jewellery sector is preferred Organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills for managing inventory and sales transactions Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive work environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus Show more Show less
