You will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving sales, leading the team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. A strong understanding of lab-grown diamonds and the ability to educate both customers and the sales team is essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales & Team Management Oversee sales operations and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. Guide customers in selecting jewelry while promoting lab-grown diamonds. Train the team on effective sales techniques and customer engagement. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle escalated issues professionally. Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive performance. Conduct training on lab-grown diamonds, sales strategies, and customer service. Schedule shifts and manage staffing to ensure optimal store coverage. Store Operations & Inventory Management Ensure proper handling of stock, inventory levels, and product displays. Implement loss prevention measures and ensure product security. Monitor store cleanliness, merchandising, and adherence to brand standards. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and repeat customers. Implement loyalty programs and strategies to increase customer retention. Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally. Reporting & Business Growth Track daily sales, expenses, and store performance metrics. Provide sales and operational reports to the business owner. Identify new opportunities for sales growth and customer engagement. Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of experience in jewelry retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Excel. Prior knowledge of diamonds or lab-grown diamonds is a plus. Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a sales team effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Experience in inventory management and store operations. Familiarity with POS systems and billing processes (training provided). Resides in Kolkata.
