Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Associate role located in Kalol at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, providing customer service, and promoting SBI Life's insurance products. Additionally, the Sales Associate will collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a team
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Fluency in local languages may be beneficial
• Local Candidates are preferred
