We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team!

Job description

We are looking out for young, energetic & dynamic individuals at our Head office, at Viman nagar, Pune who aspire to make a career in the Sales domain & prospour their career with high pay in the sales department.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Generate leads and follow up to convert them into successful business opportunities.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to confidently present and promote our services.
• Support the execution of sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare and present sales reports and gather customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Professionally handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and email communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; Master’s degree with Marketing specialization preferred.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (Logistics Preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Communication:-

Good English, Hindi and Marathi verbal and written skills with passion to work in Sales.

Pay Scale : ₹30,000 - ₹35,000.00 per month
