We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Back Office & Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities: Back Office Tasks: Handle and process travel bookings, reservations, and cancellations. Manage invoices, payments, and travel documentation. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for confirmations. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings. Assist in preparing reports and travel itineraries. Sales & Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide travel recommendations and customize packages based on client needs. Upsell and cross-sell travel services and packages. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in the travel industry (preferred). Strong communication and sales skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
