Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales professional at REAL INFRANIUM PRIVATE LIMITED, located in South Delhi. The Tele Sales professional will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting and promoting the company's services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role involves daily customer interaction, addressing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in this role. Qualifications Proven ability to generate and convert leads via cold calling, follow-ups, and relationship management. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Confident, clear, and persuasive phone etiquette. Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline. Ability to qualify leads and understand customer requirements. Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Good listening skills and ability to build rapport over the phone. Organized and able to maintain accurate call records and reports. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
