Role Description

The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing client interactions, generating leads, and assisting in sales processes. Key tasks include building client relationships, providing property consultations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting marketing initiatives as needed. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Raipur, with opportunities for remote work as required.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills to confidently handle client interactions and build lasting relationships.
• Strong Communication and Negotiation abilities to effectively discuss and promote properties to potential clients.
• Organizational and Time Management skills for maintaining accurate documentation and meeting deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Marketing strategies and proficiency in using sales tools to support promotional efforts.
• Tech-savviness, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools, to handle daily administrative and client follow-up tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in real estate or a sales-oriented role is advantageous but not mandatory.
