Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Delhi, India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client accounts, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. They will also be involved in developing sales strategies and maintaining customer relationships.


Qualifications

  • Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
  • Lead generation and Account Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of motivational seminars, management trainings, and HR consulting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
