Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Portfolio Management:
• Identify and acquire new HNI clients through networking, referrals, and business development initiatives. • Build upon existing relationships to create a robust and loyal client base. • Understand client objectives, financial goals, and risk appetite to recommend suitable investment strategies. • Conduct periodic portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with changing client needs and market conditions.

Investment Product Sales:
• Offer a range of investment products, including PMS, Investment Advisory, AIFs, Mutual Funds, Structured Products, Bonds, and other instruments. • Identify cross-selling opportunities and proactively engage clients to enhance product penetration and wallet share.

Business Development & Revenue Generation:
• Develop strategies to expand into the HNI and UHNI segments. • Achieve assigned revenue and AUM growth targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction. • Stay updated on market trends and investment opportunities to deliver well-informed recommendations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related fields. • 25 years of experience in wealth management, investment sales, or financial advisory. • Strong product knowledge across PMS, AIF, MF, and other investment vehicles. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. • Target-driven, self-motivated, and client-centric in approach.
