Onis Energy is a brand under Onis Solar Solutions Private Limited. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Indore. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, identifying sales opportunities, and generating leads. Additional tasks include managing customer relationships, presenting product details, and achieving sales targets. The role involves working closely with the marketing and operations teams to enhance overall sales performance. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Ability to present, sell, and negotiate products/services effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the renewable energy or lighting industry is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Show more Show less
