Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage lead generation and client acquisition.
• Conduct personalized counseling and group webinars for potential candidates.
• Maintain professionalism in communication and deliver quality client service.
• Collaborate with peers and leaders to improve sales conversion processes.
• Track pipeline activity, report progress, and ensure timely deal closures.
• Take ownership of achieving targets while maintaining customer trust.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Fresher or up to 1 year of sales/associate role experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Confident communicator with a persuasive approach.
• Driven by results and capable of multitasking.
• Readiness to work on-site in Gurgaon.
