Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels – corporate, individual, channel partners, and digital.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors or agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase brand visibility.
  • Conduct presentations, product training, and client meetings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the agency.
  • Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal policies
