Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our products/services portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure retention and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development role.
  • Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
