Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Pune. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including interacting with potential buyers and sellers, managing property listings, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Sales Associate will assist in property viewings, negotiate sales agreements, and maintain the company&aposs customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
• Experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Handling Transactions
• Knowledge in Real Estate Market and Property Management
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
