Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, engaging potential customers, and understanding their needs to deliver customized solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The individual will collaborate with team members to develop strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build customer relationships
Effective communication and presentation skills
Experience in sales planning, negotiation, and closing deals
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and general computer proficiency
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently

Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
