Sales Associate Intern

As a Business Development Intern at our company, you will play a key role in our Sales and Marketing Team. Your main responsibilities will include: - Reaching out to prospective learners and effectively explaining our program offerings. - Managing inbound and outbound calls/messages to drive enrollments. - Maintaining and updating the CRM with leads and conversion data. - Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding processes. In addition to the above responsibilities, we offer the following benefits: - Salary/Stipend: 15,000 fixed per month. - Performance Commission: Up to 10% based on performance. - Opportunity to learn sales & business development in an edtech startup. - Preference for candidates who can start immediately. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Graduate (MBA/BBA or related background preferred). - Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written). - Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. - Previous business development/sales experience preferred. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in shifts. Please note that the work timings for this position are Morning & Evening Shifts, which are flexible within program needs. The location for this role is Mohali.
