Job Summary: The Sales Associate Intern will support the sales department in preparing quotations, maintaining records, and coordinating client communications. This role provides hands-on exposure to sales operations and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and send quotations in response to customer inquiries. Maintain accurate sales records and assist in report preparation. Follow up with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and payments. Support the sales team in day-to-day activities and coordination. Assist with other office and sales-related administrative tasks as required. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory. Knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Freshers or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
