Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Agency Recruitment & Development:
Proactively recruit, screen, and onboard new insurance agents and leaders to expand the agency network.

Sales Target Achievement:
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales through the agency network, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Agent Training & Coaching:
Provide regular training on product knowledge, sales skills, and compliance to enhance agent productivity and effectiveness.

Performance Monitoring & Motivation:
Monitor agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide motivation and guidance to help agents achieve individual and team goals, such as top performer recognition.

Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with agents, agency leaders, and other stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to all company policies, industry regulations (like IRDAI guidelines), and internal guidelines, while maintaining accurate business performance records.

Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
