About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in driving tenant acquisition, building partnerships, and increasing occupancy across Friendzo properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive tenant acquisition through walk-ins, calls, social media leads, and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective tenants to close deals effectively
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of tenants
• Achieve monthly occupancy and revenue targets
• Conduct property visits and showcase the value of Friendzo’s offerings
• Assist in managing leads, tracking conversions, and optimizing the sales funnel
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and promotions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing / Hospitality or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or real estate (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle objections
• Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms
• Self-motivated and eager to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
